Computer designed for superior balance, this hammer is made of forged steel from head to heel. Most of the shock of hammer blows is absorbed by a plug of Shock Block, an insert of hickory and specially formulated rubber; the rest is absorbed by the unique, air cushioned, slip resistant grip.
