Free Shipping: With Free Shipping, your order will be shipped by Standard Carrier only (Expedited Shipping does not qualify). Free Shipping is available to US. addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipping to an APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands is available at normal shipping rates. Prior purchases and returns are excluded from Free Shipping. Please note that there is an additional charge for expedited shipping methods.

Quality will designate the freight carrier based on region and/or best service defined by our shipping department. In the event a preferred carrier is requested, the customer will be responsible for paying an additional freight surcharge at time of order.

Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we strongly recommend that you provide a physical delivery address (that both UPS and USPS can deliver to) to avoid delivery issues or additional charges.

There is a 70lb weight restriction per package on APO/FPO, Guam, and US Virgin Island orders.

Returns: If you identify a problem with your order or you decide you do not wish to keep your purchase, you must contact us within 20 days of the original Quality Distributing ship date for an authorization number to return. Your item(s) must reach us within 30 days from the original ship date. Items damaged or missing parts due to shipping, must be returned with original shipping material so we may pursue a freight claim. Replacement items for Freight damaged merchandise will be shipped to the purchaser upon receipt and inspection of the returned material.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the secure return of merchandise and for return shipping charges.

Manufacturer Warranty: Any guarantees or warranties expressed or implied for any product are that of the item manufacturer and must be addressed to said manufacturer.

Refunds: Provided our return policy is met and returned items are unopened and unused, the purchase price of the item less 15% restocking fee will be reimbursed to the purchaser. Refunds for new, unused items in their original packaging and returned after 30 days will receive 50% reimbursement.

Cancellations: Purchasers wishing to cancel orders must do so prior to packaging and shipping. (This process begins at 8:00am PST daily) Provided our cancellation policy is met, purchaser will receive full reimbursement of purchase price and shipping. If shipping has been completed, orders are then subject to our product return guidelines.

Exchanges: Follow the guidelines for "Refunds and Returns". Contact Quality Distributing by phone or e-mail and explain the circumstances. We want your patronage and are more than happy to work with you to insure a smooth and pleasant business transaction.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via requested carrier when possible. Customer will be contacted if choice of delivery service is not applicable or available to their area. Orders take one to two business days to process for shipping. All effort is made to ship the same day the order is placed.
