The Keeper 15 ft. Cam Buckle Tie-Down features a durable 1 in. Hi-Test webbing and steel cam buckle with teeth grip that provides a tight and secure hold. The hooks can be affixed to rings, hooks, anchors, D-Rings, and other cargo anchors. Simply attach the S-Hooks to an anchor point, strap over cargo, pull the strap to the desired tension, and close cam buckle to secure strap.
